Lançado em agosto de 2024, o primeiro EP da Murderess é uma jornada através da mente e da experiência feminina no universo do metal extremo. Com vocais poderosos de Claudia Franco, guitarras e synths de Jazz Kaipora, e bateria de Pedro Fraga, “Time to Kill” oferece uma experiência visceral.
O EP foi produzido no Orbis Studio em Brasília, DF.

Inspirada na carta “Rainha de Espadas” do Tarot de Aleister Crowley, esta faixa explora o momento em que uma mulher toma decisões racionais para se libertar das situações que a prendem emocionalmente.
Für Elise
Inspirada por uma história real, esta música narra a decisão desesperada de uma mulher que escolhe matar ao invés ser morta. É uma reflexão sombria sobre o ciclo do feminicídio e a sobrevivência.
Bone Keeper
Baseada na lenda de “La Loba”, esta faixa conta a história de uma mulher que recolhe ossos no deserto e os transforma em seres vivos enquanto canta. É um chamado à busca das partes esquecidas de si mesma.
“Time to Kill” é uma viagem musical sobre temas sombrios com uma abordagem feminina.

Introducing the “Time to Kill” EP
Released in August 2024, Murderess’ first EP is a journey through the female mind and experience in the extreme metal universe. With powerful vocals by Claudia Franco, guitars and synths by Jazz Kaipora, and drums by Pedro Fraga, “Time to Kill” is a visceral experience.
The EP was produced at Orbis Studio in Brasília, DF.

Inspired by the “Queen of Swords” card from Aleister Crowley’s Tarot, this track explores the moment when a woman makes rational decisions to free herself from the situations that bind her emotionally.
Für Elise
Inspired by a true story, this song tells the desperate decision of a woman who chooses to kill rather than be killed. It’s a sombre reflection on the cycle of feminicide and survival.
Bone Keeper
Based on the legend of “La Loba”, this track tells the story of a woman who collects bones in the desert and turns them into living beings while singing. It’s a call to search for the forgotten parts of oneself.
“Time to Kill” is a musical journey through dark themes with a feminine approach.
